Our client owned a site in Acton, West London, comprising a three storey Victorian end of Terrace House, an attached two storey workshop building and a small detached commercial building.

The brief was to maximise the potential of the site as a residential development.

The scheme consists of a four bedroom town house with a courtyard garden and roof terrace, a two bedroom maisonette with a balcony, and a new three- bedroom house with a rear garden, on the site of the commercial building.
